​Hello there!  My name is Christy.  I am an embodiment coach and life long learner dedicated to supporting my clients on the path of reconnecting with their bodies and inner wisdom to allow for transformational healing and spiritual growth.  I believe that transformation is not about fixing what's broken.  It's about uncovering the wholeness that's already within you. 
 
My journey began several years ago.  I was advancing in my career, building a marriage, and raising a family.  I was doing it all well, but I was also overwhelmed, stressed, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected.  I felt like something missing. 

 

I began to feel a strong pull for more depth, purpose, and alignment in my life.  I started to feel like my driving forces didn't make sense anymore and I didn't know who I was or what I wanted.  I began studying energy healing, spiritual growth, shadow work, consciousness, focusing, Reiki and more, and in 2024 I received a certification in embodiment coaching.

Through my journey, I began healing, shedding layers of conditioning, beliefs and patterns, and releasing emotion and tension from my body. I reconnected with myself, my body, and my spirit.
