Embodying YOU is a four month coaching program created to allow space and time for you to deepen your inner exploration with personalized support. Through deep listening and heart centered inquiry, I will support you in creating new awareness, discovering the layers of your being, releasing old patterns and beliefs, and connecting deeply with your inner wisdom.
You are beautifully unique and I feel your coaching should be too. Together, we will co-create a program that supports your personal goals and inner healing journey. The Embodying YOU program includes private coaching sessions and at home practices to support you and deepen your awareness between sessions.
